Although the room is not big, it is very clean. The rooftop terrace is particularly nice and the service is very attentive. I brought the wrong plug for the mobile phone charger and the waiter borrowed it for one night. Thank you!

No Complaints Perfect location just a 5 minute walk to the dock. The staff were really helpful, sent an email with instructions on how to get to the hotel frombthe airport and arranged my taxi back to the Baltra ferry for an early flight.

We were at the hotel for 1 night and the A/C froze after midnight. There was no staff on duty and we didn't get any sleep that night because it was too hot in the room and even hot outside with the window open. The WiFi did not work especially in room 11.
