Our stay at Plaza Luna Suites was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warm smiles and the touching story of the family behind the hotel. Traveling as a family, we always look for places with soul and history and this hotel has both in abundance. The property is spotless, beautifully designed, and filled with charm. Everything felt carefully thought out, making us feel comfortable and at home. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and on the days we had early tours, the breakfast boxes were prepared with such detail that they exceeded our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Sandra, who went above and beyond for us. She arranged our transfers, patiently answered every question, and even recommended a fantastic tour agency that made our trip even more special. Her care and attention made everything so easy and stress-free. What really makes Plaza Luna Suites stand out is not only the impeccable service and comfort, but the genuine warmth and story that comes with it. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. Without a doubt, we would come back again this hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s part of what made our Galápagos experience so magical.

The family run business and is absolutely gorgeous. Every detail is seem to to make you stay comfortable and unforgettable. I highly recommend this. We have everything looks like no one else is out here Becky, so don’t worry. When was beautiful the hotel is centrally located and secure. The staff are kind and look after your every need. There’s nothing I can say about this place. I highly recommend it.
