There are no bugs and the room is clean. The water comes out well, but it might be a bit uncomfortable for women with long hair. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the small intestine and seafood shops. It takes 15 minutes to go to the place where they sell fish right from the boat with the sea lions? For this price, I think I'll look for other places in the early 100,000 won range.

Clean , well maintained , good bed , shower , pool , price , breakfast and it’s strategically located , a block to Charles Binford street where local restaurants offer fresh catch of the day at a bargain and a block away to Charles Darwin street that will lead you to San Francisco Park , church , more restaurants and the pier for the tours

Everything you can hope for in the place like that. I am not sure about parking but who would drive in Santa Cruz anyways, perfect otherwise!

Great experience and the people were absolutely lovely. The only down was there was very loud music outside our room at 11pm to about midnight and we couldn’t sleep.

The property was ver clean. Our triple room was huge. The hot tub was a great bonus. Breakfast was great and the staff was beyond great. Our room was loud. We could hear breakfast being prepared above us very early in the AM, 5:30/6:00. That was the only negative. I loved the tea available all day as it was rainy and cool during our stay.
