Hotel Ninfa

Excellent location, excellent location, and excellent breakfast!

Great beds and decent size of room. Our room had a mini bar sized fridge and a decent sized walk in shower. A/C fantastic. Breakfast staff excellent - egg station, toast, some hot items, fruit, and cheeses & meats - starts at 6am daily. They opened 5 min early for us the day we went to Isabella for a day tour so we wouldn’t miss our breakfast. Easy to stay in touch with front desk with WhatsApp. Location good close to the big grocery store & short walk to all restaurants in town. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our time at Ninfa Hotel. Staff were helpful and answered all our questions. Close to the pier and many things to do were close by. About a 20 minute walk to the Darwin Research Station about 60 min each way hike to Tortuga Bay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful, caring & gracious hosts and staff❣️ Our room was perfect and we appreciated the welcome snacks, fresh towels and pitcher of water daily. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub to cool off and relax. Daily breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices including fresh juice and good coffee. Also the office always has fresh coffee, tea and water available. In addition the property has water stations to refill your water bottles which is so appreciated! The location of Hotel Ninfa is superb. We were able to walk to sights, restaurants, pubs, ferry etc. A special treat was the lovely night office host, Joe, who went out of his way to make everyone feel welcome and has an excellent memory for names. Do yourselves a favor and stay at Hotel Ninfa!

Staff somewhat helpful but do not go above and beyond. I waited half an hour for a dinner bill and the bartender would not help to call the required staff. Shower took several minutes to respond when faucets were turned.

Very clean property, rooms are cleaned daily. The only thing that was less than ideal was that you could hear everything from outside and from the room.

The rooms are great; clean, modern and a good size. The pool area is great, although on check in they said it doesn’t open until 2pm everyday. Thankfully we were able to use it before then, but that needs seen to. The big let down for me was the reception staff. They just acted so apathetic and didn’t give off a friendly vibe. We also asked to use the pool a few days before we checked in as we had a few hours we had to kill on the island and they tried to charge me for it, even though I had a booking. I made a bit of a fuss and in the end they agreed as long as I paid for my reservation there and then. I did not use it in the end as hotel Barranca across the road (whom I also had a reservation with) very happily allowed us to use the pool. I wouldn’t stay at Ninfa again due to the poor customer service and apathetic attitude of the reception staff. But the hotel itself is good and the breakfast is good.
