TRH Taoro Garden - Only Adults

The room is absolutely beautiful, lovely and clean fantastic views . Room was cleaned every day . Hotel staff or credit to the management team. Every one of them was polite and pleasant look like they enjoyed the working I feel the entertainment could’ve been more entertaining. The gentleman on the keyboard look like he did not want to be there. The lady singer was good . The 3 entertainers, playing the musical instruments. Enjoyed the first set, but a few days later, there was back on and looked as miserably Like they had better things to do . I have a very challenging job and I just needed to sit by the pool and relax. lovely food and nice drinks which this hotel provided. I’m just pleased. I never went for the entertainment because that was the only thing that let the hotel down . The food as I went off board ended up going all-inclusive because the food was lovely and plenty of choice. Definitely return to the hotel if I need to. Just chill and relax with nice settings nice scenery, lovely food and Staff are Very pleasant and helpful.

There’s plenty of good things to say about Taoro Garden. The staff are fabulous & the hotel is spotlessly clean. It’s very modern inside & our suite was very well presented, quiet, & had comfy beds.The buffet restaurant is well staffed & the food is continually being refreshed & topped up. There’s plenty of choice at every meal,& table service for drinks. It’s a child free hotel & the entertainment is low key - no annoying ‘animation team’ constantly pestering you to join in. Our AI package included many branded alcoholic drinks, bottled water & also branded soft drinks. There was a good selection of coffees to choose from,& they were much enjoyed. We never struggled to get a sunbed around the pool,& there was no early morning rush to reserve beds with a beach towel either. The hotel sits high on the hill in a lovely quiet area,the gardens are well kept & the view of Teide is fab. There’s a complementary shuttle bus for the return journey to the coast if you need it. There are, however,a few tweaks I’d suggest to improve things further. There are no coffee facilities in your room unless you pay for them, & no pool towels either, unless you pay a refundable deposit. If you need a clean, replacement towel, that will cost you €1. I’d expect these facilities as standard in a 4 Star AI resort. The 2 non- inclusive cocktails I tried were both unpleasant. Caipirinha & Mojito made with lemons & not limes,& not strained either, so lemon pulp & pips in the drinks. Yeuch! The main thing which spoiled our holiday was the noise around the pool from the outdoor shower refurbishment. I appreciate updating works have to be undertaken, but this could have been done early or later in the day when the hotel guests aren’t using the pool area. A staff member did apologise daily for the noise, & we were placated with provision of kettle facilities in our room & cocktail vouchers. When you’ve paid hundreds of pounds to go on holiday, it’s unacceptable to have to listen to building works 5 days out of a 7 day stay. I like peace & quiet ( hence choosing this hotel for its chilled vibe) - I don’t want to listen to music to drown out the noise of the drills. The outside of the hotel looks drab & dated,& really doesn’t reflect the lovely interior. All in all we had a pleasant holiday, but it could have been better

So glad I chose this specific hotel for its tranquil environment and gardens. A perfect setting for those wanting a sedate relaxing break. The room was good, though no kettle or iron but as I don’t drink much in the room this didn’t really bother me. I believe beverages/kettle are available at an extra cost if this was really important to you. The staff in the restaurant were outstanding, welcoming but not over-bearing. The free hotel shuttle bus into the resort was a great addition. There is a massage salon for those who would like a treatment and lots of quiet seating areas located around the hotel for those wanting to sit and read. Live entertainment in the evening was low key, but perfect for the type of venue and clientele. As a single woman travelling alone, I felt safe and comfortable and look forward to returning on another destress/relaxation break.

I cannot praise the staff enough at this hotel. Courteous and helpful with everything. Rooms were a little dated but spotless. Relaxing atmosphere and pretty surroundings. Am looking forward to another visit.

Meals cold. Left most of my breakfast again this morning. I always check reviews on TripAdvisor before booking and because of this I was under the impression easy to get into town as the hotel is very high up. Totally wrong. Loads of steps and banks to get there. Almost had a heart attack walking back up. Had to take taxi after that which is only 5 euros which isn't bad but mounts up if done on a daily basis. Weather hit and miss. Had some really heavy showers. I have been on solo holidays in the past but never felt the way I do in this hotel. Majority of guests German and some Spanish. Tried to change hotel but Tui advised not possible. Seems to be very few English tourists here. Total disappointment. Would never recommend and definitely not return

Just returned from a weeks stay at this adults only hotel, near Puerto De La Cruz in Tenerife. Stayed all inclusive, food was delicious, lots of choice and excellent service from friendly staff. They do have many gluten free choice, but you can also order a specific GF meal from a menu (just ask at the restaurant). Plenty of space to relax by the pool, umbrellas for most pairs of sun beds. April was a quiet time to visit, the grounds are beautiful too. The pool was immaculate and pool bar serves generous drinks and snacks to order. Weather was a little grey in the morning as you’re near to the mountains, but beautiful in the afternoon and evening. Also, the wellness centre offers daily deals on massage/beauty treatments, very affordable and an extra treat. There are a few lowkey daily activities if you fancy joining in and music in the evening. Rooms and public areas are spacious and very clean, we could only suggest the pool toilets could benefit from a refresh. Apart from this very small recommendation, this hotel is absolutely delightful. The staff work hard to ensure each guest feels welcome and enjoys their stay, we were so impressed by their friendliness and service, thank you for a wonderful holiday.

I can confirm the positive reviews are all spot on. My partner and I stayed for 4 nights in April and were really sad to leave. We couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. It was spotless, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming - from the cleaners to the reception staff. The bed was unbelievably comfortable and we were googling the amazing extra long pillows to see if we could buy some! The location is lovely and the nearby town is just a short taxi ride away if you want to do some exploring. Erica ran the activities and my partner and I really enjoyed taking part and hanging out with her. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We hope to come back again.

Hotel was amazing. All the staff were extremely nice and welcoming. Erica was the best, she kept us entertained with a range of activities. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and clean. The views are fantastic and it was a very relaxing environment. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. We are well travelled and the hotel staff were the BEST we have ever had. The restaurant manager was very professional ,and he helped the staff bring in cushions when it was raining,getting his suit wet. The bar manager was very good, he helped out clearing, tables serving drinks when other staff were busy. one waiter Emmuel was very good to us , and all the waitresses were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily the whole place was very clean. Food was very good with plenty of choices and top quality. All in all a top place to stay The shuttle bus was good for us as the hotel is at the top of a hill and in lovely surroundings. We hope to return.
