Location is great for a backstreet area of the old town. A nice little walk down the steps and back streets to the harbour, with a supermarket, several restaurants and bars nearby. In all honesty, if you wanted a calm chill break, you could easily stay in this area of PDC and not need to go anywhere for a week The rooms are spacious. facilities, though basic, are fine for cooking in an evening, but the cost locally to eat out, it’s easier IMO to just eat out every night A few small issues with the room. lighting is awful in the main areas of each room, you almost shower by candlelight. Main bedroom/kitchen/living area, lighting is again shoddy. We used a torch in the wardrobe at times Aside from that, cleaned well everyday, beds made, towels every couple of days. Would have preferred a bedding change after 4 days rather than non during our week stay TV doesnt connect to internet if you use your wifi code on your phone. So couldnt use the tv for netflix etc The bathroom slide door doesnt actually stay closed at times either, and the shower glass wall/divider is not quite long enough to stop a bathroom floor flood if you shower for more than 5 minutes There’s also no mirror in the main living area, so anyone having to do make up, literally needs a portable mirror, or has to stand in the bathroom to get ready. It’s the little things that make a holiday comfortable. When you’re having to use the room glass doors to see your outfit with no decent length mirror. It’s a little annoying The hotel advertises itself as “adults only”. However, there was at least 1 child running around the whole of our stay The pool area, plenty of sunbeds, relatively quiet unless you have lairy people throwing themselves off the upper pool wall into the lower pool. And the pool itself, you go from the heat of Lanzarote, to what can only be described as the icy cold depths of the antarctic in seconds. How the pool isnt heated, with it being so small is an absolute mystery. It just doesnt warm up, no matter the daytime temp, the wind just takes any heat away If you like an ice bath however, right up your street… The hotel does have a “no outside vendor food/drinks” around the pool. As the hotel does have a very large food selection, and a good choice of drinks. However, if you come out of your room to allow the cleaners to clean, and want to sit and eat your own made breakfast at the tables around the pool, to be courteous to your cleaners, you absolutely CANNOT do this and will rudely get told off by the male ginger receptionist. Regardless of whether you explain or not But then, later in the day, if you want to go and buy your own drinks from the shop, food from the local food places, fish and chips, pizza etc and just eat them with your family around the pool. Go right ahead. Rowdy deck jump family did just that without any issues Price i paid vs price i would expect to pay knowing the facilities etc. Maybe £100 too much for the week. We paid £500 (2 people) sat to sat

Great quiet lovely apartments , friendly reception staff , cleaned pool daily, great on site cafe , location is great for the harbour ( where the cats are ) and the start of the strip with a 5-10 min walk, great pubs near the hotel within 2-3 min walk Highlander is recommended for quiz and bingo and Food all cooked fresh breakfasts are amazing. Taxis are cheap from the main strip back to the apartments. Appartments have big smart tv , there is onsite WiFi free ideal for Netflix or your fire stick.

Amazing week away, perfect studio with everything you need, nice clean pool and surroundings, restaurants/bars/spa over the road and harbour/old town only a 10 minute walk or 25 minute walk to new town if you want a more lively time. Will definitely be coming back

A really good place to stay. Everything looked very new, and was extremely clean. The sides of the swimming pool were scrubbed daily, and the room cleaners came round daily. The room included a little kitchen area with two rings, a fridge, a kettle. The bathroom included towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo. There was a nice balcony with a table and two chairs. It was about a 10-min walk from the bus stop for the 161 bus to/from the airport, and a pleasant walk to the harbourside restaurants. The area around the swimming pool was nice, with sun loungers in very good condition

I have been coming to Lanzarote for over 40 years now and never have I ever stayed at a better more equipped hotel. The staff where amazing and very accommodating creating a great atmosphere The hotel had everything needed in perfect condition and incase of a wet/really hot day all rooms equipped free Aircon and a TV that works and has English channels too. The bar/restaurant was amazing and do great full English breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone well worth the cost will be staying here every time from now on

Superb place to stay. We arrived on Friday 06 February for the weekend staying in room 116. What a lovely welcome we received by the lady working on reception that evening. Friendly, informative and made us smile after a long and delayed flight. Absolutely brilliant. The room - simply fantastic. Large, exceptionally clean, well furnished with plenty of towels and amenities for a self catering stay. The balcony gave great views of the pool area and the ocean. Could not ask for more. Our beds were made daily which was a lovely touch and the room was spruce up. The Restaurant - breakfast was fantastic. We were staying on a room only basis but popped in for breakfast and coffees. Freshly cooked and tasted amazing with high quality produce used. My partner loves scrambled eggs and he said it was the best he'd tasted. The orange served with breakfast was delicious. The staff who worked there were so friendly and accommodating. There was a lady with long dark hair who was fantastic and the chef who cooked our breakfast was so welcoming too. If staying here we highly recommend breakfast here as it was fresh and very reasonable in price. Checkout - fantastic again. The lady working reception on Sunday morning was lovely. It's nice to be asked if our stay was great which we said it was. This made us feel valued as guests and we will return. We pop over to Lanzarote on a monthly basis and having stayed at many hotels, this was by far the best experience ever. As stated in my title of this review, I would give this hotel more than 5/5 💯

The apartment is situated in what I be would describe as the middle level of the old town. Newer built and styled. It's very clean and tidy . I had no issues with housekeeping, they came every day to service the room. I had room overlooking pool with added plus of a sea view ( not all will have the same view) I would say that had to use kettle and toaster in the room part as no plugs in kitchen which is a bad design. Yes the bed is 2x singles pushed together but that didn't bother me . It was a very comfortable bed. Anything asked for at reception was accommodated. There is a small lane just opposite the complex that will lead you down steps into the lower section of the old town .. walkable into town in leisurely 15 mins . Taxi back( after a few downtown drinks Between 3.50-5.00 so it doesn't break the bank! I would go back again no problem. 4 is for poor kitchen design
