Okay stay, room had ants. Do not do the massage there it is an absolute waste of time and money, 2 of us did 40mins foot, but only got 30mins, and she kept using phone halfway through and just stroking my leg over the same places, 0 effort and technique. Complained and still had to pay half…

The quilt is as thin as a piebe of paper so my family feels freezing while sleeping even though the temperature of yhe air-conditioning was set to 24C.

The location is great. It is 50 meters to bus station. We took the bus to Iguazu Fall and back. There are several restaurants within 50 meters. The breakfast is free and it is great.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with good access to good restaurants nearby. Appreciate the availability of shower room after visit to iguazu falls

The hotel room was comfortable and clean and spacious. The staff had a good service attitude and were very helpful. It is a nice place to stay. Highly recommended!!

Breakfast ok.; very limited selection Room very ample and clean; we were given a room with a view to the pool being fixed. Location very good everything within walking distance. Bus terminal 1 block.

The hotel is nice, the facilities look good. The service is not that good though, one day we didn't get the room service. And for breakfast we had to wait every day to get basic stuff like plates or cluttery, and also wait for food that took long to replenish.

Mooi hotel

Staff were super friendly and left a note and cake for my bf when it was his birthday. Unexpected and very sweet. Great at giving different options for transport around the area. Location couldn't be better a minute walk to the bus terminal. We used the bus every day travelling to iguazu falls Argentina and Brasil side.

The location is great, and the facilities, including the swimming pool, are excellent. I am very satisfied. The breakfast is also neat and delicious, so I highly recommend Sugyo.

Perhaps it's just a coincidence, but we've been repeatedly assigned corner rooms when booking hotels abroad through Ctrip! The view from the window is shown in picture 1️⃣. This is room 264, which we were already assigned; room 268, which we didn't, is even further to the corner, with someone repairing the hallway outside (I've sent the picture to Ctrip customer service). The reason for the changes wasn't that the window was blocked, but that there was no internet in the room. For our two-month self-guided tour of South America, we couldn't plan our itinerary without internet. Throughout this process, Ctrip customer service maintained contact and made no mistakes. However, they should reflect on why they keep giving us such undesirable rooms. This hotel is large with many rooms; the front desk must know which room has poor Wi-Fi.

The hotel has a great location, right across from the bus terminal. The breakfast is also quite substantial. The biggest drawback is the poor soundproofing. Every morning I can hear my neighbors leaving their rooms. The room doors seem to have a design flaw; every time someone leaves their room, it makes a slamming sound, making it impossible not to get out of bed. The room cleanliness is poor; the towels don't seem to be changed daily. The swimming pool didn't seem very clean.

The location is excellent, probably in the heart of the town, with the bus station diagonally opposite, making it convenient to get around. There are also many restaurants nearby. However, the good location also means that the loud music from the restaurants across the street can be heard very late at night. The hotel's bedding and other amenities are somewhat subpar. Service was practically nonexistent; carrying large bags to the hotel, there was no staff to help.
