The location is super convenient - a couple blocks from the bus/taxi station, a couple blocks from the spectacular hummingbird gardens, and close to lots of restaurants, shops, and conveniences. The room was clean and was freshened each day with fresh towels, which was lovely. The staff were super helpful and tolerated my broken Portuguese and Spanish. No one there spoke English. They allowed us to stash our luggage for the day after we checked out. The pool was kept up and mostly clean (minus a few stray leaves) - made for a refreshing dip one afternoon. The room facilities weren't spectacular and a little run down (especially the shower), but everything worked fine (TV, AC, fridge, etc.). Breakfast included fresh bread and croissants, coffee, and juice.

Despite being very cheap, our stay somehow still managed to significantly fall short of expectations. Our rooms were very uncomfortable, one shower was completely rusted, the sink was covered in an unknown brown substance, black mold was in abundance in the bathrooms, and spiders were regularly spotted. Some in our crew opted to relocate mid-trip to ensure a good night of sleep, and I wish I had done the same. Would not stay here again.

El dueño, se llama Miguel, nos atendió super mal, una persona desagradable. No recomiendo para nada este lugar, hay lugares mucho más lindos para ir en Foz. Mala predisposición desde el primer llamado.

Lo que tiene de bueno la Hostería es la ubicación, esta cerca de la Terminal de Ómnibus y de la Av. Córdoba (restaurantes), la tarifa es accesible, la habitación matrimonial que nos toco era sencilla, el desayuno también sencillo, Wi-Fi gratis

Hermosa experiencia. El punto es formidable. Cerca de todo. Nos fuimos caminando a la triple frontera. A dos cuadras de la terminal. La pileta impecable. Quiero destacar al personal de la limpieza y del desayuno. Te respetan el precio. Voy a contar con el descuido que tuve. Hice reserva por la página y opte por transferencia de una noche para la reserva. Me olvidé de transferir y tres días antes de viajar en avión me dí cuenta. Llamé al Hotel y hablé con Miguel el dueño y me dijo que hacía una excepción y me reservo la habitación. ( Sino tenía que ir a buscar Hotel). Se lo agradezco de corazón. Recomiendo cuando lleguen al aeropuerto contratar el servicio de Full Travel. Opción 3 es el más completo. Te llevan al Hotel, cataratas argentinas, cataratas Brasileras, parque de aves, La Gran Aventura, hotel aeropuerto. Son muy profesionales, con guías permanente, te envían un WhatsApp y manejas todo por link .

Mi experiencia fue muy positiva, el hotel no tiene 5 estrellas, pero la atención de don Miguel y su equipo lo ameritan, la habitación estaba amplia, limpia y cómoda.. Y tuve una experiencia muy particular.. Una noche llegue cansada y sacando la llave de la cartera deje caer dinero en recepción, a los pocos minutos, don Miguel llamo a mi habitación para entregármelo... Definitivamente si vuelvo a Puerto Iguazú, volveré a este hotel...

Entiendo que por el precio el hotel iba ser algo sencillo, pero la verdad me lleve una total decepción. El hotel se quedó en el tiempo, te sentís como en un lugar de los años 70. Camas de cemento (primera vez que veo algo así), toallas rotas y manchadas, aire acondicionado viejo y ruidoso, lavatorio del baño totalmente manchado, la ducha sólo andaba el agua caliente (hacían 35 grados en Iguazú, no da gusto ducharte con sólo agua caliente) y le faltaban azulejos en el suelo, las griferías también súper antiguas. Son detalles que no cuesta tanto arreglar y haría que la experiencia fuese diferente. Lo que si me pareció peligroso es el terreno baldío que cumple la función de cochera, había chatarra y baldes juntando agua, además del pasto crecido, un lugar ideal para la propagación de mosquitos, incluidos los Aedes transmisores del dengue. Por favor, traten de limpiar ese lugar. Cosas a destacar, la amabilidad de la chica de la tarde y la ubicación.
