Location wise very convenient. Just beside the Robinson Place.
Service is good, staffs are polite. The AC is not working on our room initially, but the staff immediately transferred us to another room.
Cleanliness well maintained.
Amenities - Drinking water dispenser available, Water kettle but no coffee or tea. Towel, 3in1 shampoo, conditioner and soap are provided; No toothbrush provided.

NOISY NOISY NOISY.. did I mention it’s noisy? Road noise, guest noise from corridors and noise from staff walkie talkies..very noisy.
