Superb hotel with an amazing pool, but not much to do in the town. The nail service wasn't great.

I loved the amenities, and how welcoming and accommodating the staffs are. Most importantly, I commend their services and security.

We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts Keep it up Aziza.Highly Recomended God Bless

The hotel is average..I just say something about the room you still need to ask for a floor towel that it is given in every hotel and when ask about it called the front desk they said it will be delivered but none of it happened I still asked again personally the housekeeper and said they only have limited of it and they just finished drying,I was really shock upon hearing it.isn't it in every hotel they must prepared it beforehand. The food is all good in the restaurant and the service is all good my only concern is the room

We enjoyed our stay at Aziza Hotel in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. We rated this hotel a solid 3 or 4-Star Hotel at best due to limited amenities and needing to have one of our rooms changed due to no aircon. Service is what brings the Hotel up to a 5-Star based on purely service. There are a few individuals who stand out and tipping is recommended when staff go above and beyond. Thank you for ensuring our stay was pleasant. There is cats outside.

Very humid, but except that location and cleanliness is very great. Good service and good quality for money.

Good hotel near the airport with a nice pool area. The rooms and the hotel itself are a bit dated. Nevertheless, highly recommended for a short stay in Puerto Princesa. Good value for money!

HOTEL PHONE IS NOT WORKING... The tv is blurry because of weak signal.. blower is not working... kudos to the staff they were attentive, but man its a hassle everytime I need something I have to go to reception... Even the fridge.. almost all appliances is outdated
