"We really had a very nice holiday here! The whole environment was excellent, all the facilities were easy to use and really every member of staff was very kind. Clean of course ! Delicious food! We have had some complaints, and I must explain here that my husband is an old German, and I found that the Germans are much more critical than the French, but the staff, from the general staff to the manager who was on duty every day, took our "complaints" very seriously, and the most valuable thing is that every one of them really tried to help us to solve our "problems". The "hassle". I have to admire the service here! It really is better than many 5 star hotels! Fantastic Fireworks on the beach and the Resort had super prepared for all Guests together party! Even for Kids! We'll be back here again."

"HONEST REVIEW for Room 8: We've spent Holy Week with my family to relax. Got relaxed from pool and garden view. The flowers are lovely for taking pictures. However I got stress coz of weak internet. "The Hotel is pretty old, so is the bathroom. It smells like mould as soon as you enter the room! Also there was mould in my bathroom and hair, which wasnt mine already at check-in. Staff is not flexible at all. I payed for several breakfasts that I didnt have. Yet there was no way of switching it up to dinner. I asked for a packed breakfast. The lady at reception first said its also not available. When I mentioned a review she said they can provide a packed breakfast. She would notify me later what is available for breakfast. Yet I was never notified and they gave me something with tuna, which I dont eat. Also the staff prefers to hang out together, laugh and watch stuff on their phones instead helping their customers. I was woken up by three staff member talking loudly in front of my room. At breakfast there is not really a huge variety to be found and it is rather simple. The outside area is nice but still differs a lot from the pictures online. Overall absolutely overpriced and not worth the money! Can not recommend staying there."

The entertainment should be charged as little as possible. There is a Chinese version. There are two attractions here. One is an underground river and the other is a primitive mangrove forest. If you are lucky, you can see monkeys."

The hotel has no elevator so make sure you are going to make it to the third floor because it was a challenge for me after a few hours of exploring."
