Bahia Blanca

We returned last week from a 2 week holiday in BB for the 3rd year in a row. It feels like a home from home only much better with amazing views of the sea, beautiful pool area and stunning apartments equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer and all the utensils you would need! We always meet the same families every year and it feels like they are our holiday family- everyone so friendly and looks out for each other! Very family friendly- plenty of activities for kids throughout the day including shuffle board, darts, water polo, aqua aerobics and kids disco aswell as theme nights and days including kids foam party, pink night, white night, neon night. Everyone comes together again at the end of the night for bingo and some fun. ABBA and Whitney tribute acts were fantastic. James and Dave have always made us feel at ease and entertained us through the years- we just love it! Pepe in the bar and Maria in the restaurant are fantastic! Personally we are not keen on the food in the restaurant however that is mainly because we don’t like buffet style food so it is personal preference I suppose. The lift up to some apartments is quite slow and the steps are steep so wouldn’t like to have to walk them much. We had some issues this year with our apartment as it wasn’t the same standard as the past few years however the staff in particularly Alex (Alejandro) and Victor at reception (director and manager) were fantastic and done their best to accommodate us in a better apartment for extra cost (which we didn’t mind)- it was no problem to them to help us even though they were very busy and hotel fully booked for most of the first week! We were delighted with their help and we thoroughly enjoyed our last week with our new apartment! We can’t wait to return again for many years to come! We love it!

Fab Excellent when Dave & James on Room looking a bit dated now, towels need to be changed more than once in a 9 night break Food at lunch not as good as last time we went in March.

We just checked into room 416. Not all rooms have a sea view — unfortunately, ours is next to a noisy road, which is quite unpleasant. In addition, there are many stairs leading to the room, and my friend has a leg injury. We asked the man at the reception to change our room because of this, but he responded by saying that there’s a 73-year-old man staying at the hotel who manages just fine, so we should be able to as well. Why such rudeness? He then offered a room change for an additional fee. After such an attitude, we definitely won’t want to return to this hotel again. ⸻ Let me know if you’d like a shorter or more formal version too.

I just stayed at Bahia Blanca apartment complex for a 2 week period, many times I’ve stayed here for this amount of time. But this time it wasn’t up to expectations and didn’t compare to the previous.Dirty dusty covered ice was spitting out of the air on unit onto the sofa bed which someone was sleeping in. This is extremely unsafe and unsanitary. I actually got some wipes from the supermarket to clean above cabinets and tv unit as it was incredibly dusty everywhere. The lift was out of action ; this is for the simple reason people couldn’t follow the rules of the amount of people allowed in there at one time. There was numerous times I entered the bathroom and there was little flys inside the sink, on the towels and on the shower screen. I’m sure this must be because of the immense amount of damp in there. When staying for 2 weeks your room gets cleaned once. It did and then all of a sudden two items from our room went missing which was confusing, I went to reception to tell them the issue and they told me that apparently our room was cleaned again during the time but it wasn’t cleaned at all again. Just once. So the cleaner entered stole two items, a necklace and a purse. Both of which were designer. If I knew the cleaners would of been entering I would of put them into the safe but didn’t as I knew the room was already cleaned for our 2 week period stay. This is unacceptable. When speaking to the manger he didn’t say much and didn’t try to help. The other staff were such great help. But nothing got resolved.

Just returned from a hen party of 18 of us staff were amazing so friendly, rooms were spotless bed is very large so is sofa bed. Food was good cant complain. Most of the guest were always happy to see us come over and chat . Would definitely recommend this hotel so nice the views are spectacular
