Holiday Inn & Suites PUERTO VALLARTA MARINA & GOLF by IHG

I came every year to Puerto Vallarta and I tried different hotels but when I was here, for me, it is the best hotel to stay! Thank you for all you do and congratulations !! Clean rooms, the best breakfast and staff!!

The Hotel itself was amazing, great atmosphere, good food, and great services in general, but what made the experience 10/10 was the staff specially Henry he goes above and beyond and makes you feel welcomed at all times. Overall great stay.

Very pleased with everything, staff was always very helpful and polite Room was cleaned daily

Nice staff. very helpful. Was surprised that they even had a free shuttle to the airport. That was great.

The front desk reception was incredibly rude ! In particular the2 females with glasses .when I landed from Canada I was so hot with heat exhaustion- I literally begged for a water and was told “ this is not all inclusive go down the street and get one !!!” I’m allergic to feathers and even though they speak English just fine they REFUSED to give me other pillows !!! Fridge was not working —- was promised a beutiful view —- room had no balcony and overlooked dirt and overgrown weeds . About my complaints the glasses receptionist made it her business to glare and stare at me and very time I left my suite . “ Irna “ was her name . When I needed a shower on arrival discovered there was NO soap in the dispenser AND the ac did not work !!!!!! Horrible place !!!!!

staff was great the lady at security gate was a great assistance on how to get a taxi or a uber
