In a perfect location with a view of the volcano out of this world We get a huge room. With all the comforts The breakfast was good and the staff was always available with a smile in their faces The only detail is the hotel infrastructure need some care. Little wear and tear. That not reduce the experience but certain could keep the in top form

Just finished 6 nights at this lakefront property. The views are stunning! The hotel itself has seen better days and it was probably considered very modern in the 90’s. Nowadays it is just OK on many levels. - lack of power sources in the room is a problem - no coffee/tea in the room is unacceptable - the perfume/room spray used throughout the hotel is awful, too strong and made me sick during my stay - the spa is a very sad looking area of the property (major upgrades are required) - basic english needs to be taught to employees to prevent them being intimidated by foreigners (if you want to attract international customers) - buffet food was basic, uninteresting and very repetitive - single-use plastic is a concern in this hotel…..the management needs to start thinking GREEN. We would not return to this hotel unless the management took drastic actions.

All the installation and people are very good with very kind attention. Very confortable and nice view of the Llanquihue Lake and the main coast street. Good parking and free internet service, and nice room

We were very happy with the kindness of the service and the welcoming atmosphere of the place. It’s location and amenities also could not have been better. Lake view, very spacious balcony and room, delicious breakfast.

Very good experience. Excellent facilities: very nice bed, bathroom with jacuzzi, living room. The attention of the people who work at the hotel, very attentive and diligent. Very rich breakfast. The view of the Costanera and the lake, magnificent.

The room had a terrible smell, the stairs too, it was the weekend and only one elevator worked. The room cards did not work, we had to go down to the reception 3 times and it did not work, the parking lot was very full, we had to wait about 40 minutes before being able to enter.
