FORMONT Hotel (Nagri Purang, Kangringboqe Peak)

The room facilities were fully equipped and the service was excellent! The breakfast at the hotel was really good, and we also had dinner there, which was much cheaper and tastier than eating out. Highly recommend it, folks!

I arrived at the hotel at 3 AM. I had informed them of my late arrival beforehand, and the gentleman at the front desk was waiting for me. He first offered me a warm cup of tea before checking me in! It was a really thoughtful gesture! This hotel is awesome! Thumbs up! 👍

Traveling during the off-season, many hotels were closed, but this one still offered meals. Ms. An at the front desk provided excellent service; she called ahead to ask if I needed oxygen. The oxygen and temperature in the room were perfect!

The environment is great, with all the necessary amenities nearby, making it very convenient. The diffused oxygen helps prevent altitude sickness, which is a big relief. Very comfortable. 😌

Booked online, but when I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available. The staff's attitude was terrible. The room didn't have a humidifier, and the kettle was broken. I called the front desk, and they said there were no humidifiers left and no spare kettles. Around 9 PM, I messaged them saying I needed to take medicine. It took nearly an hour for them to bring a kettle and a combined humidifier. They then told me to fill the humidifier myself. The service attitude was really bad.

The room is new, the service is excellent, and it's convenient for getting around.

Worth staying at, right at the foot of Mount Kinabalu.

Good. The oxygen supply is strong and effective.
