Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa

Our stay at Marriott Perhentian exceeded every expectation once again. This was our third visit in less than 12 months, and each time the experience has been even better than the last. , with crystal-clear water, pristine beaches, multiple swimming pools and incredible views in every direction. The resort itself is beautifully designed, perfectly blending luxury with the natural beauty of the island. What truly makes this place exceptional is its people. Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and genuinely cared for. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help at every opportunity made all the difference. Special thanks to Faizal and zafirah our host. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The food was consistently excellent, offering great variety and outstanding quality. With 3 restaurant to chose from, Sekoci for fine dining and day time pizzas and quick bites, Dapur for breakfast and dinner with wide selection of delicious local and international food. A special thank you to the entire Marriott Perhentian team for creating such memorable experiences. It is rare to find a place where every aspect of hospitality is delivered with such passion, consistency, and genuine care. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Marriott Perhentian to anyone looking for an exceptional island getaway. Returning three times in less than a year speaks for itself, and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

Hotel and facilities are lovely. A great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets.

1. We arrived at the resort at 10:00 AM and were told the room might be ready by 12:00 PM or before 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost five hours before getting our room. Our luggage had not arrived at the lobby, so we spent hours waiting around, and my children had to swim in the clothes they were wearing. The check-in experience was disappointing, and the reception staff seemed not friendly and show ‘eksyen face’. 2. The disappointment was quickly forgotten when we saw the breathtaking resort and the beautiful, romantic beach. The views were absolutely stunning. 3. Special thanks to the staff at Fairland Jetty and Perhentian Marriott Jetty for their excellent service, friendliness, and professionalism.

Excellent resort with beautiful views, great service, and comfortable rooms. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a luxury getaway.

Love this place. The only downside is you need to take buggy to any facilities in the resort. Else you can just walk but can be tiring.
