Redang Island Resort

For this island just to connect local and quiet atmosphere. Most of them are very good and helpful

Have to do food upgrade , Tv cannot be used, and also pls provide toothpaste and toothbrush …

Really enjoyed my first island trip with someone precious in this year 2026. Getting a best quality of time and creating best memories of us together!! Everything was fine except the bellman and receptionist need to improvise on their customer service skill and keen to always smile when approached their guest..Shout out to the recreation team super good and friendly as well.

Location is far from the happening Long Beach. It takes boat ride RM55 per pax to reach at certain timr slots. This resort is suitable for travellers prefer quiet. A plus point is able to truly see the real life of Redang village. Rent a motorcycle RM60 per day to bisit Telum Dalam which has a snorkel site many turtles. Coral is unseen though.

Room is relatively clean. Beddings is fine. Lighting is too dark. AC cold good. Fridge is disgusting so we didn't use. Bathroom is horrible 😓 I booked 3 rooms all 3 shower head not in good condition. Please change the shower head! It doesn't cost you a bomb. The doors is disgusting. Feel so uncomfortable. We wash our hair at the pool shower area. There isn't any choice of food. Only the coffeehouse limited food. If wants to go to Long Beach for more choice of food will cost Rm50/per head boat. The only good experience is the employees all are superb professional, good manners, helpful.

The resort at another site of the island, resort itself is good.But one thing is no water supply in certain time, this is the issue you really need to take notes. Very inconvenient even though they will send the water in normal barrel size to the room.but it is really not convenient, especially if the family got children. Please take noted. Service and staff there are good. This is a plus.

Nice place to stay and the price reasonable.

The customer service and hospitality are very good from the driver that took us from jetty, the receptionist and those at the restaurant. However, I must say the food was terrible. The food had no taste. Especially if you are having dinner at the restaurant, I felt the food was heated from morning menu. It didnt taste fresh. Coming from local, I would expect the food from island resort would meet an expectation of international tourist who wants to enjoy local food. I would not recommend the restaurant.

The price is reasonable for the accommodations. Every single staff member was friendly and kind, so absolutely recommend for customer service. While the location is not great for restaurants, there are motorcycles available to rent near the property. Breakfast selection could be improved.
