They were kind enough to wait for me even though I arrived in the middle of the night. The free breakfast was delicious. 😊 I'd definitely use it again.

I was checked in a room than AC was not working, they moved me to another after 5 people from the staff tried to fix it. Next room Ac would work for a while then stop cooling, luckily the weather outside was good so i could open the windows, then the street dogs would not let me sleep, their barking was loud and through the night

Very nice place to stay and comfort, staff is very good, helping nature to the guest, all required facilities are able, good break fast served on time.

My experience staying at lotus was good as it is surrounded by trees and fresh air, beds and linens and bathrooms were clean, only suggestion that visitors should get clean drinking water atleast 1 bottle per day free. Charging for drinking water is not fair practice. Also a good hotel should have its own kitchen, you don't have it.

Clean hotel in great koregaon park location. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. I was also given a half day rate, for my last day at lotus hotel.
