Towel seems to be dirty and not dried after wash. Send my clothes for laundry but it took me more than 2 times communicating with the staff to get it as it seems that the command of english is slightly lacking. Lastly, there seems to be a KPI for the staff to keep asking customers on feedbacks which is not natural and seems deliberate.

I stayed here one night while in the city for some business meetings. The location is quite good, in the city center. Room and washroom are both quite wide and spacious but a bit outdated, furniture results a bit work out, anyway for one night in the city it’s ok. Breakfast quality was a bit average, but you can find both Indians and continental options. Gym is basic, but with a good variety of machines and a very nice view over the city during sunrise. Something to improve: I found some black hair under the sheets (I am blond) and the room was a bit dusty: suggest the hotel staff to care a bit more about cleanliness.

Horrible... the room condition is horrible. Old and run down. Blind not working, table lamination bloating, window curtain stains, shower hoses badly stained... terrible . Complained to tje hotel staff and they acknowledge and said that hotel will be renovating soon.
