Magnus Square Business Hotel Near Pune Airport

Had to extend a few more days at this property.. and the staff at reception assisted with all possible, keeping a tab on any cancellations if any.. Thank you

Rooms are clean, decently spacious for the price and good food. Its a good stay at this price point.

Magnus Square is running only in the name of a business hotel. The service is completely unprofessional and disappointing. The staff has no proper grooming, no experience, and no basic hospitality skills. Even when 3–4 staff members are standing in the restaurant, no one bothers to pick up the call. This shows a careless and irresponsible attitude. Restaurant staff especially Rohan, Sahilly, and Sunny seriously need basic training in food serving and customer handling. They do not know how to serve or communicate properly. Management must immediately provide proper training to all restaurant staff. This kind of service is unacceptable for a business hotel.

Good experience for this hotel, staffs are good behaviour, atmosphere of this hotel clean and neat.room is awesome, this hotel is value for money,if I travel to Pune,i stay for this hotel once again.
