The hotel USED to be a value for money. Their tariffs now rival Hyatt Pune. Maintenance extremely poor. AC choked, washroom drain choked, over-head shower broken, glass partition not able to stop the water from flowing out and last but not the least the in-room dining team forgot to punch the order in the system. I have stayed at this hotel several times and the latest stay is my last stay. The staff aren't hands-on is what I feel. Apathy towards guests was visible. Management should take full blame for this rather than make the team accountable and face customer wrath.

Small rooms, very noisy outside, rooms are not sound proof, not worth the money. Night time is very noisy in the restaurant downstairs, specially if you are staying on 1st floor. Buffet breakfast - not much varieties of hot food.

Room, washroom, all very clean and fresh. Lunch dinner dont include curries and rotis, that's new and should be told. Over the head shower is too heavy pressure and shower room too small. Service is prompt.
