I have had the opportunity of staying at several branches of the Lemontree Hotels across India. I have always found them very comfortable. Between July and August 2026 I had the opportunity to spend 7 nights at the Lemon Tree Chinchwad, Pune. I was running training programs and the arrangements for the venue were very caringly customized. Periodic checking in by the team , especially Sripad and Rakesh made it a great experience. I minimise my use of plastic so everyday a glass bottle and a glass were kept for me, even though I only mentioned it once. The Citrus restaurant was a great experience as well. When one stays continuously, there are bound to be repetitions in the menu, and when I pointed this out, the staff, especially Sandeep, Shruti and Kunal went out of the way to have the chef make what I want. I also entertained guests with special dietary needs, and again, very caringly addressed. Gaurav and Monika at the front desk are super helpful and responsive. I wanted to say a big thank you to the staff here for making.my stay here very pleasant. While this industry is described as the hospitality 'business' the leaders in this hotel are doing something right. The staff have their hearts in the right place!
