Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

I found very diligent and thoughtful service. Everything was great , food was excellent and very fresh except I found the elevators to be slow and the buttons hard to activate. Also maybe the rooftop could use a spruce up .

Location is great, service , bfast all good. However, checked into a smelly humid room that wasted 60 mins to call, complain and then change the room in the end. The staff onduty handled is well but only after it has been reported while the issue could have easily been avoided.

Pretty comfy room and mice staffs. The workers are very friendly. They took a picture of us and printed on a cup as a gift.

I reserved  by mistake to different dates and requested them right after booking to help me modify it but as a loyal customer for almost 11 years they did not consider it as exception and my booking went waste. I will no more book any of the their hotel chains. Totally Disappointed

The service staff were great and the facilities were good. It was welcoming with all the photo taking and welcome drink. Just that the room is near the station and I can hear the train and also smelled smoke in my room though I requested for non-smoking room.

I had a wonderful stay for 6 nights at the Sheraton Grand Bund Garden, Pune. A special mention to Ms. Rupal Navale, who went out of her way to ensure every detail of my stay was perfect. She personally checked in to see if I was comfortable and if there was anything I needed, which was great service. She also kindly sent up a birthday cake as I was there celebrating my birthday. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made my stay exceptionally comfortable and memorable.
