The public hot spring area offers a great variety of pools with just the right temperature. The steam rooms and relaxation areas are well-equipped, and towels and tea are replenished promptly.

The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was exceptionally good with no strange odors. They really paid attention to the details.

The hygiene was acceptable, but the room was freezing in the middle of winter with no heating, and there weren't any extra blankets. The toilet was clogged, and the hairdryer was broken. The facilities at the hot spring center were also poorly designed; I walked around for ages and couldn't find a single counter to exchange for fresh towels. The only saving grace was that the water dispenser was working, so at least I could get a drink.

The room was okay, but not worth the price! The hot spring was terrible, not worth the price at all; it was only good for soaking feet (too much floating debris). The meal plan was rubbish! No staff = no service = no standards (see the pictures to see for yourself). They weren't even properly cleaned up last night, unbelievable!

This time I stayed in a three-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom room. The room and facilities were very old, and the furniture showed signs of damage. The bathroom door made a loud, stuck noise when closed. For this price, the facilities weren't worth it. The pool water wasn't very clean, with many leaves and floating debris on the surface.

It was my first time to come to Panlong Bay. I heard from friends that it was pretty good here. After I came here, I found that the environment of this single-family villa and wooden house was not very good. One was the smell of sewerage in the toilets in the room, and the layout of the soaking pool and yard was also bad. Somewhat unsatisfactory. It may be because it was too busy during the National Day. The public trash cans outside the villa were not cleaned in time. There was a lot of garbage piled up and there were more mosquitoes. The hot spring water in the public area pool is real, but the room facilities need to be improved. I originally wanted to live in a wooden house, but when I saw that the facilities in the wooden house were worse, the rooms were older and the layout was worse, there was still room for improvement. After all, the price was not high. Cheap. I hope businesses will pay attention to it

The room was initially arranged on the lower floor of the garden room. I booked three rooms, but the smell was super smelly after I checked in. The house had just been cleaned by my aunt. The house smelled very old and had a bad smell. It would be better if the attic was replaced later. But, but, the attitude and service of the aunties in the hot spring center are really super bad.

去了一趟潮州，還是選擇回來住這，主要幾個點我們一家很喜歡。 設施:雖然陳舊，但配套齊全，温泉、泳池、燒烤、草坪都有，乾淨衞生。 環境:真的很大，好像是廣東省療休養基地，飯後散步很舒服，夠逛大半個小時。 服務:入住前有電話聯繫，應該是提前準備房卡，到前台半分鐘不到就好了，客房大姐年紀比較大，但服務很熱情。

度假感拉滿！公共温泉都是葯浴池，有菊花浴，枸杞浴，艾草浴都泡個遍了，平時出遊人不多不擁擠 安靜，服務好，早餐種類也多，適合週末短途放鬆，推薦園區的温泉泡池太喜歡了，都是我喜歡的葯浴温泉，還有水療池，蒸汽房，泡完全身輕鬆[跳跳]這個天氣泡温泉太舒服啦

房型不錯，夠住，看着很乾凈，温泉池子很多，水有流動，很多功效池，環境看着很舒服，很適合度假，小孩玩得很開心，還有自助餐，都是明廚，看着很乾凈，東西也很好吃，價格又便宜，下次還帶小孩和父母來，攜程很優惠

酒店員工熱情周到，也會詢問我的需求要不要高樓層，帶了孩子去還多給了一床被子，服務確實值得表揚[玫瑰]，房間整體環境還是比較滿意，設施齊全，度假村整體給人一種温馨舒適的感覺，泡泡温泉度度假非常適合家庭出遊。

對比過很多新酒店，還是更喜歡這家二十年的老温泉。設施舊是舊了點，但勝在乾淨、安靜、温泉正宗。工作人員都很有禮貌，整體氛圍很放鬆，沒有過度商業化，來這裏泡湯真的很治癒。
