The both bathroom was clog, we play to stay at a suit vip and the tub & jucuzzie out of service ! Told the front desk and it was never fix… the food was always warm never hot… The restaurant “ steak house Cut the serve spill beer on me and no apology & she had us wait for our drinks … This was the worst experience!!! so much money and did not use the service… I even ask to relocate the room due to the service was out of order they told me they had no room available!! Not even a credit …. Horrible services

The property was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was outstanding. A special recommendation goes to Manuela Feli z our room service. To Kelly at the front desk and Santo our food server. In general, everyone was service with the smile. We highly recommend this hotel.

The property was a great size, very easy to get around. Several dining options with food available at any time of day. We had a swim out junior suite, designed very well with a lot of room. The service was great, a very welcoming and friendly team.

Felix the butler was amazing along with entertainment staff
Resort is on quiet side for couples or older people which we loved.

Food was alright 6/10
You do have to make reservations for the steakhouse and hibachi
Only negative thing id have to say is there are a lot of smokers. Wish the resort had rules for not smoking as you will catch random smells of smoke often. They also did random renovations by the pool and had unappealing caution signs and tape all over.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at this resort. Felt very safe and cared for. Perfect for solo travelers. I think the staff genuinely care and want to entertain you.

First time in DR and spent a week at this resort. Overall really pleased with the facilities! Super clean, modern, and the staff were great. My only complaint is that there are no clear signage for the different restaurants so you had to kind of guess where you had made dinner reservations. The lunch buffet is on the total opposite end of the resort as the breakfast and dinner buffets. The food at the buffets was meh, but the Italian restaurant and sushi restaurant were great! Will definitely return to serenade next time I’m in DR

I would like to give front desk concierge Kelly an amazing review for her customer service, which was excellent and over the roof. I visited the serenade for my birthday and Kelly made my trip 1000 times better. From check in to check out Kelly made sure I was having a great time and comfortable. I been to a lot of resorts but never had the customer service this resort had. Room service food was amazing. Restaurants were amazing. Drinks were top-tier. Definitely recommend the serenade. All suites adults only.

Serenade All Suites was the most amazing vacation I’ve ever had. The food was incredible, with a wide variety of options. The beach was beautiful, there were fish that you could see. The resort was very accessible, and it was never a far walk to anything. Lastly, the staff was incredible. Everybody was so happy, kind, and welcoming!!

I wish fine dining food was better. Had issues with reservations, found empty restaurants but then they accommodated. Great,friendly staff
