What I love: Jhonny Luis, the Concierge. The communication is excellent after we arrive the next day. And when certain equipment brakes in the property, he will make sure he communicates with the team and get it done son.
What I do not like: The property itself was not maintained well compares what it shows on the picture.
1. Kitchen Faucet Leaking – The faucet is broken: when turned on, water pours out from both the top and bottom at the same time.
2. Water Leaks During Rain – On rainy days, water seeped through the front glass door. We had to use towels to stop the flooding from getting inside.
3. Poor Cleaning Before Check-In – The place was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was hair in the drawers, stains on the bedsheets that wouldn’t come out, and some kitchen items even had mold on them.
4. Broken Facilities – Many things didn’t work. We had no hot water for the entire week, no working toilet at first, and even the living room had no lightbulbs installed. We had to ask someone to come and fix things during our stay.
5. Expensive Electricity – If you’re sensitive to heat and need air conditioning, be aware that electricity is very expensive.
6.Ant Problem – The kitchen had a serious ant issue, especially around the cooking area. Even after cleaning and storing everything in the fridge, ants kept coming back. We recommend bringing ant traps from home.
7.Far from Stores – The location is very far from any supermarket. Better taxi or rent a car.
