I had a rental car but the guard at the street entrance to the community refused to let me in when I first arrived. He kept asking for a gate pass that was never issued to me before my arrival, during my stay and was unableto receive one before my departure. The hotel was aware I would have a rental car when I arrived. A card is also required to have the lights and AC on while in the unit. I was issued only one card and requested a second card for a guest of mine to remain in the unit while I went out to a meeting. I ask the office to provide me with an alternative solution while I had my guest in my room. There was only one card issued and this card is needed when entering the parking under the building. When I requested a second card so that the electricity can stay on for my guess. The staff at the office refused and said that there would be no other card to operate the power to the AC, the lights or the fan(.) I stressed that the room would get hot an uncomfortable for my guest. The stuff would NOT, and did NOT assist in accommodating with any issues in regards to the room. The staff said I would need to contact the owner of the unit.

******* should seriously stop selling this place. Calling it a “hotel” is generous… let’s say aspirational. The room smelled like it had lived several lives before me. The AC technically existed, but emotionally it had given up. The bathroom was an adventure I didn’t sign up for, the furniture looked like it survived a minor war, and the kitchen was more of a decorative suggestion than something a human could actually use. I lasted exactly one night, and that felt heroic. This is not a hotel—this is a life lesson.

What a great place for the price. It is a ways from the resorts and downtown Punta Cana but not hard to get a taxi at all. If you want a taste of the local lifestyle this is definitely the place you should stay. Less than 5 mins to Ole supermarket (which is kind of a Walmart) with a fully equipped kitchen. Even if I was going resorting I would stay for a couple days here just to understand how middle class Dominicans are living. Don't let the people who only stay at resorts tell you how 'dangerous' it is. That is nonsense. Go here, have an open mind and cook some good meals for yourself. The manager Raquel is the best!

The worse hotel I’ve ever seen in my. Life.

They did not allow us to check in. The woman who was the receptionist was sleeping then rudely harassed us for our passports or cash to hold overnight. This was purely insane and I struggled with sleeping kids

Not our cup of tea We were only there for an overnight stay and needed a place to sleep and wasn't expecting much, but the pool wasn't clean, there was no airport shuttle. Plus, if you took the room key out of the holder by the door, it would turn the power off, including the air conditioner in the bedroom. But, for the price, it was ok for 1 night. We won't go back to that hotel.

This is the must disgusting hoteI have ever visited. We didn’t stay there after looking the terrible conditions of this place, and were waiting 30 for the receptionist …. They never shown up. So, we just left and request a refund.

I found this property and the people that worked there very nice. I enjoyed my stay.
