The hotel is beautiful, some parts are a little damaged, but in general it is very good, a lot of variety of food, drinks, the beach area is very well organized, the waiters come by all the time for drinks, the restaurant on the The beach is also very good, but the best of all is the people, all of them very, very friendly, warm, attentive, respectful, collaborate at all times… it's fine for Olan familiar…. The hotel service is very average. They don't clean the room every day and they don't make up for used or exhausted towels, toothbrushes, drinks, etc.

The property was beautiful as were the public areas.
The rooms were very spacious, but electric plugs were very loose. Also the drawers were in disrepair. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and had no outside handle.
The staff were extremely kind and helpful!

Solid choice for the price point and clearly a favorite for some as there were a lot of repeat customers. Property landscape is beautiful. Bring your own towel, they will only give you one, and you have to get it from your designated spot. Restaurants have rigid times for serving food and drinks, but once you figure out schedule it's fine. One building was actually 3 restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. French was best cuisine.

Everyone was very hospitable and friendly. The food was excellent and plentiful. Lots of activities for kids and adults. The only negative thing I could say was there wasn’t enough electrical outlets. Next time we go we’re binging a power *****. We will be returning again.

Majestic Colonial will not disappoint! My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. The resort is the perfect balance of not too busy or too quiet. There are many options around the pool to sit and relax and options by the beach of course. When we were there, there was some construction at the beach so there was less beach chairs available. We were on the adults only side with the colonial club experience where you can experience a separate beach area with bali beds (although they were taken most of the day but we would hangout there in the evening) and two separate pools. One of these pools were quieter than the other. We would recommend the colonial club experience, as you have a separate lounge with a small buffet, no room key (uses your bracelet), and we had a butler which was nice to have someone complete our tasks (e.g., reservations) while we can relax. One thing we did notice was some of the staff did not seem too thrilled to be working and the service was okay but most of the time the service was great. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would recommend to all to book a vacation here!

Food was very good except a couple breakfast mornings when it was cold.And I am an early riser.Most staff were pleasant. Some only when a tip was given,some seem to expect 1 for doing their basic job.

Things to improve Towel service near the beach, cabanas on the adults side or better way of reserving them, keep dehumidifiers in lower level rooms, some things asked in dining area never came with lack of communication. Shows need a little work. Wedding planning interferes with guest activities,
