Beautiful place to stay, but the service in front desk is not friendly, the guys who work there don’t have a good service attitude, I got a really bad time trying to get check out lat because my flight was delayed and we needed a place to stay, definitely I think this hotel has many good things except the front desk staff

I don't want to be too negative, because in the end, my family had a wonderful Spring vacation in Punta Cana. Our room was spacious and the buffet restaurant was good with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The resort was also very accommodating to kids. However, there is construction on one side of the resort which is separated by a bamboo fence and there is sewer water running under the bamboo, causing the entire side of the resort to smell like sewer water. It was really bad. The front desk appeared to be understaffed and phone calls to them were often unanswered. During our stay the internet went out for approximately 24 hrs and the staff couldn't provide any updates or estimated time the situation would resolve. We ate 2 nights at the a-la-carte restaurants, but the service was too slow, especially with little kids, and orders ended up wrong or missing altogether. After the second disappointing night we agreed to go to the buffet each night for dinner. Fortunately, there was enough variety to keep things enjoyable there. The general consensus, in talking to other guest, was that everyone felt it was a very "affordable" resort. Given the price, I'm not overly disappointed with the experience, but we won't be returning.

I had a swim out room. Not worth the price. The food in the buffet was too salty. The App to book at the restaurants didn’t work. The hostess at the hibachi restaurant was rude had to call a manager on her. The staff didn’t Know the information of the facility they are familiar with only their job. They wouldn’t contact someone else to assist you. It was aggravating. Need better staff all around. The Haitian Olin was rude because we didn’t want to attend his sales pitch meeting

This was meant to be a quick vacation for my husband and I after a stressful first half of the year. Upon arrival we were immediately upsold on the room options. Pricing ranging from $50-$200 extra a night. The welcome was poor it was extremely hot with no drinks upon checkin. We weren't informed about amenities or the hotel map. Only after emerging from our rooms did we make it back to the lobby and were given access to wifi, the hotel app and were told the app is down and person who makes reservations for the hotel restaurants was not working and no one could make reservations for us. This was a bummer, but lets shift gears to the room. The room was large extremely large, but this was the "special upgrade" we paid for upon arrival. However, plumbing was poor. The showers would back up if the water pressure was too high. Additionally room service offered nothing from the buffet but from the snack cafes. If someone were to get sick during their vacation food was not allowed to be transported from the buffet to the rooms. Another downside was the beach. Tons of seaweed to the point that the water had a red tint. If you plan on staying here, enjoy the pool, sun bathing on the sand and the sports bar. The food was okay but not fully authentic. It was an overall okay trip but I would not revisit. Especially whilst they are actively under constuction with elevators out of service and guest hauling their own luggage to checkout.

The stay was amazing and everything was really good, the staff even better the animation team Jaylin, Beyoncé and the rest were so good. Just keep in mind that the trips they sale should be around 65 USD anything more is over priced and they are really boring the trips. Stay at the resort everything and everyone is more fun over here!!
