This hotel put an end to my travels in the Dominican Republic. Hotel which appears very pretty but is far from being so. We changed rooms 3 times in just 5 nights, you can imagine the horror. The rooms are in poor condition, the furniture is dated and deteriorated and their bathrooms are poorly maintained and full of humidity, rust on the shower heads and mold in every corner of the room. Tap water is undrinkable due to the quantity of salt present, it is therefore impossible to brush your teeth and even washing remains complicated because the smell is very unpleasant. Each of these 3 economic or superior rooms had problems with flushing the toilet (clogged every time) and the irregular drainage of the toilets was a disaster! . The device is defective, it was incessant and impossible to get to the WC in the rooms. The last evening was obviously too much! We had a flood throughout the room, a pipe burst, the floor was soaked and our suitcases were submerged by water. I am still in shock from this disastrous episode. However, the hotel is well located next to Corales beach and close to many restaurants and shops. However, I strongly advise against it, the all-inclusive formula allows you to make great savings but for insufficient service and mediocre quality. It's not worth it for the excessive price, you might as well invest in a premium resort, more expensive but much more profitable.

I loved the hotel, the beach is beautiful and the attention, the rooms and everything were wonderful, yes. Doubt we would stay there again.
