Nice and clean

The room smelled and felt humid and moldy. AC was not working and when it did it only went down to 74 degrees. The power went out as well as the water on 2 of my stays. No appliances but had a sandwich maker which was way too scratched to use. Towels were provided every two days but apparently, no toilet paper was given even when you offered to pay neither towels. If it was just an apartment it should have stated that. But entering the room aesthetically not pleasing. Mirrors all stained or just rusty. Cleaning staff was horrible! Their customer service was the worst of all. They looked overworked or just did not care. I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. Deceiving with the pics that were shown. Furniture and dining room dusty as can be! 0/10

It’s not what you think it is, it’s in an area where it needs to be very much updated, also you need to buy your own stuff like toilet paper. Sometimes the lock works when they want too. I recommend spending the extra money and go with a resort.

This is the WORST MISTAKE one can ever make, coming to this filthy and unattended place. Paid for a stay from a Sunday to Saturday, was a work related trip and had to leave on friday because couldn't bear it any longer. The only reason I didn't leave the same Sunday was because work wouldn't let me book another place in such short notice. -Place smalled like a chicken farm. (Literally smelled like wet chicken). -Cleaning service only swapped the towels but didn't clean ANYTHING or even threw out the trash even. -Bathroom smelled like someone took a dump everytime I was away, had to buy something for the smell myself. -Toilet didn't even have water. -Shower had this smell of stagnant water. -No hot water. -Pool was a mess, was KINDA clean the first day I arrived then had this sort of white water mild thingy. They cleaned it, but it was filthy for like 3 days straight. (Tried to attach a picture, but upload failed everytime) Lady at the reception office, no education or basic customer service. Worst of all, had to leave extremely early in the morning for work because at the entrance of the sort of residential area where this "hotel" is located there's ALWAYS a traffic jam. Overall THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had in any hotel. There are better places at Punta Cana for even lower prices.

Did not answer the phone the whole time I couldn’t make my stay there, but it would’ve been nice to make it to Punta Cana

The room met the needs for the night. Didnt spend too much time there but staff were friendly and good value.

I’d like to start by complementing Daniel at Reception, he was excellent in every way and is an asset to the establishment. Room was very clean, but it was basic with minimal supplies. No wine glasses. The one and only light in the living did not work so I had to sit in the dining room. I wanted to read in bed and prop myself up with another pillow, there weren’t any. Overall I would not recommend staying here to my friends. Dane Human

Poor cutlery, the AC leaks, the bed needs to be fixed, it is very loose

Nice place to stay for a short or long period, Mrs. Raquel is very friendly and diligent, always able to help. I would book a reservation again if I need to.
