Hotel Dreamland Puri

Hotel located just across the beach. We stayed from 18-20 march. Check-in time 10 am and check out is 8 am. Which is very inconvenient. Hotel In house food was not up to mark. We stayed 511 room on 4th floor which is newly built floor. Water was leaking from main room a/c and living room a/c remote control battery was charged out. Water leaking from 1st bathroom basins pipe. Staff are friendly.

Very disappointing experience. I paid ₹16,000 as an advance for room booking through UPI but received no booking confirmation or booking ID. I was then told that full payment was required before any booking ID could be generated. When I requested a refund and decided not to proceed with the booking, my calls were no longer answered. Another contact number later claimed that the number I had been dealing with was not associated with the hotel. I would advise future guests to verify all contact details and payment methods directly with the hotel before making any payment.

Dreamland is a below avg hotel on the main road. We booked for 3nights from 7-10th Nov'25 on MMT. We were charged 6k/night for 3 adults (sea veiw) but their actual rate card is 2-4k max which was very disappointing for us. Our 2 friends booked w/o sea view room on spot for 2k. In MMT they have 2-3 types of rooms.. Dont get fooled, there is no change in space or amenities just sea view & no view difference, They don't provide clear view on MMT. As per policy they were supposed to provide extra mattress on arrival but instead it turned out to be sofa cum bed option which was very uncomfortable (We fought for extra mattress which they provided against their policy). Bathrooms were filthy.. Upkeep & room service was pathetic. Pl don't book this property on any app. Go there directly & see to book as there are many good stay options on this road.

Very good hotel with good sea view rooms and proper room service. Food prices were also reasonable and kids too didn't face any stomach issues. Apparently booking online is cheaper than walk-in but please ensure the room type before booking. You may call and ask details before booking. Beach was peaceful and chapri free.

Good service. Staff is courteous. Rooms are good and sea facing. Food is Pathetic. This is very disappointing. Otherwise stay was good though it was fairly highly priced. The restaurant and food is fairly bad / poor. Immediate improvement is required.

Excellent location ! Good clean room, large, clean toilet, does not serve buffet breakfast but that was a blessing in disguise as we would try the great food from their in house multi cuisine restaurant. The cute balcony in the sea facing room deserves a special mention Above all. Great service, all staff is courteous and cooperative!

The room was excellent, offering a premium experience and a perfect sea view. The only issue was a communication gap among the management staff, resulting in inefficient room allocation, which was addressed later. This needs to be taken care of; otherwise, everything, including the food, was perfect.
