Reba Beach Resort - Hostel

Just awesome experience, within mid budget this is a good hotel just few steps from golden beach. Car parking is available inside hotel premises, this is a very good facility, service staffs are polite and dutyful. Manager also good. Temple view is available from room no.407 balcony, Jai Jagannath.

⚠️ Don't book this hotel while looking at the reviews on Google ⚠️. (I think they are managing reviews. they offered me some discount for giving a good reviews. I denied that). It was worst ever hotel stay experience I had. Hotel lake of basic facilities such as cleaning and toiletaries drinking water hygiene and upto the mark food. Even they don't have any proper system to track booking made online with travel partner. I couldn't reach on time because of my flight delay but when reach there at 1:00 a.m. my room was already given to someone else and I had to wait till the morning. And the refused to listen anything (I have inform my late arrival to the manager earlier) when I complaint to the travel partner only then they give me a room at morning. Next when I entered in a room it was badly clean. you can see a dirt on bedsheet and blanket. toilet was the worst where flush was not working. The condition of toilet where much more worst then public toilet . So please don't book it until you see the toilet and room and other facilities in person. The manager and uncle sitting on the front desk was super rude. They really don't know anything about the service to coustomer. ⚠️ I will not recommend to book this hotel. Avoid if you can. ⚠️

The hotel is situated in puri, main area, just hardly 3 minutes walk from Golden beach. Rooms are decent, staffs are always careful, in house restaurant and riom service both options are there. Daily morning room is cleaning properly. White linens are there. Overall a good place for stay.

Had a disappointing experience at Reba Beach Resort. At the last moment, I decided to stay in Puri and changed my plan, even though I already had a hotel booking in Bhubaneswar. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet expectations. The room was not clean upon arrival; the bed sheets had visible spots and hair, and the floor was not properly cleaned. There was no proper parking space available. Additionally, the staff was not attentive and did not respond adequately to our concerns. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and did not justify the stay.

My stay at Reba Beach Resort was ok. Room was spacious but interior was not that great , looks old Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom was not good at all,( Room 105 ). so many dirty spots on bathroom tiles everywhere. Washbasin and taps were not looking good and hard to operate.. Its a hotel not a beach resort . Polite , helping and soft spoken staff. Beach is about 15 minutes walking distance from hotel. You can hire taxi from hotel reception to go anywhere around the city.
