I am constrained to formally escalate serious concerns regarding our recent stay and event conducted at your property on [mention dates]. While we initially expected the matter to be resolved at the property level, the issues experienced warrant corporate-level review and intervention. The property is positioned and marketed as a luxury establishment; however, the actual infrastructure, maintenance standards, and overall execution did not reflect the brand positioning. Despite prior coordination and confirmed scheduling of our celebration event, the program was interrupted midway and the singer was instructed to stop the performance without prior notice. This caused avoidable embarrassment and significantly impacted the event. Further, the sound system provided was substandard and faced repeated disruptions. Exposed wiring at the venue posed clear safety concerns that should not arise in a professionally managed property. We were also informed by the GM (Sales) that the hotel was “sold out,” yet services continued to be provided simultaneously. This contradictory communication raises concerns regarding operational transparency. Additionally: A GST-compliant invoice has not been issued despite repeated follow-ups. The swimming pool condition was below acceptable hygiene standards. The breakfast service on 07 February commenced late with limited initial availability of food items. General infrastructure and upkeep require significant improvement to meet expected hospitality benchmarks. While the staff were courteous, the overall coordination, planning, and management oversight were clearly inadequate for an event of this nature. We request the following: Immediate issuance of a GST-compliant invoice. A written clarification addressing each of the above concerns. Confirmation of corrective measures being implemented. Appropriate remedial action/compensation in view of the inconvenience caused. We expect a detailed response within 7 working days of receipt of this communication. Failing which, we will be compelled to explore appropriate formal remedies available under applicable consumer and statutory provisions. We trust the corporate office will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves.
