Worse than anything 😪 regret

Location- The Seven Hills Hotel Puri is located 2 km from the Jagannath Puri Temple, 2 km from Golden Beach, and 35 km from Konark; therefore, the hotel's location and views were excellent. Inside the hotel, there were games, a swimming pool, a gym, and all the necessary amenities for children to play. Rooms- The rooms of Seven Hills Hotel Puri are very nice, special care is taken for cleanliness, the rooms were very big and all the necessary facilities were there. Food (Khana): The food at the hotel's restaurant was very delicious, and there were many options available for breakfast. Service & Staff: The staff's behavior was excellent. The check-in and check-out processes went smoothly, and the hotel staff were cooperative.

Unsafe Unhiginun Shady Unprofessional I visited this property on 4th March 2026 on the basis of make my trip reviews refrance and photo both r i gusse fake or paid Food- u hygiene found mosquitoes in freshly made dosa Utensils which used to serve were visibly dirty The room wall was moldy and unhygienic no tolitery tea bag wa poen water bottles r not ceal pack bathroom have visibal dirt stain n bucket provided for bathing no hand sanitizer Only towel provided asked multiple time for hand napkins not provided Door can easily open after applying littel force Security -no security very dark at night hall of d property was abound n not well maintained Staff-u professional , unaware, rude n careless Connectivity - very outskirts rickshaw charch 200 to 400 basis on timing Don't go

Worst hotel with uneducated Operation Manager and HR manager . My friend went to work in that property and he worked for 16 days and payed only 7 days salary ,he has to leave the job due to unprofessional operation manager who is not fit to be an operation manager... doesn't have experience of hotel more , he donot know the rate of the hotel also , just buttering ,when my friend left he informed that the balance will be payed but still now not paid, he tried calling HR he is not answering the call, all are unprofessional people , so if anyone is looking for job pls donot go to this hotel as there are unprofessional people working ... There is no Supervisor for Housekeeping, staff only clean the Rooms and inspect there self only. This is the Operation manager order... Very sad

Hotel rooms and room service is not up to the mark.property is good... while comparing 3 star catagory hotel rooms are better than this.. restaurant section is very good. While comparing breakfast menu should be upgraded but the service is fabulous.

Location is far from beach. Rooms are not cleaned and even AC vent was leaking it took 3 hours for the hotel to clear it.. We requested to change room but the hotel denied

Rooms were in very poor condition – damp, shabby interiors, broken AC, and walls with only plaster of Paris. Common areas stinking, dirty floors, cobwebs, and spiders in bathrooms. Faced a dangerous lift incident – during power cut, ARD and emergency devices didn’t work, even the bell switch failed. Food was tasty but with limited breakfast spread and overpriced items (₹80 for one soft drink). Paid ₹9,000 for 2 rooms for one night – totally not worth it, actual value max ₹2,500. Only positive was Sushant from the restaurant, who was courteous and professional. Location is far from temple and beach, with a very poor approach road. Overall, highly disappointing stay.

It's a jambo hotel with less maintenance, dirty rooms with linens, don't just book seeing it's Jambo size, most of the rooms are under maintenance. The reception staff members didn't allow our family visitors to our rooms, someone in our family expired during our vacation, so they wanted to visit us for condolences but too professional and rude front face of the hotel. It's quite far from the main market, you have to take an autos rickshaw every time you want something.
