Traveled December 30 2023, got a superior room with 1 large bed, good service, proposed to get 2 packs of kecimpring snacks, you can get drinking water in the hallway, the room is ok, there is soap, sandals, coffee, tea, storage box, there is a hydrator.menu Breakfast is varied, there are herbs, noodles, rice cakes, cakes, fruit, and it's always full. The swimming pool is pretty good. Don't worry about staying here

The room was sneezing, the breakfast was also delicious... but there was a problem when checking in, there was only 1 officer at the reception desk, so it was a bit of a wait for other guests before I was served, the rest was good

For example, GreenTree Inn is still worse😡

Stayed 1 night here with family, became our transit hotel after returning from Garut. The hotel is very strategic, close to the toll gate and less than 5 minutes to Sate Maranggi H. Yetty. Very large parking lot and free for staying guests. The rooms are of sufficient size with mineral water facilities by dispenser available in the corridor so it is free flow. Tea/coffee sachet complete with sugar, sweetener. Bath amenities are also as needed, there are cotton buds. TV channels complete with local and international. Hot water showers are available. For leisure, an adult pool is provided as deep as 1.4m and children 0.6m deep. Open from 6.am-6.pm. Provided pool towels. The service from all employees is very good, friendly and ready to help. My credit goes to Mas Dida who serves with a smile and is informative. Some suggestions for improvement, hopefully they will be accepted so that Harper Purwakarta will get better. - In room 511 there are lots of ants which prevent sweet food/drinks from being left on the work table. Pest control needs to address this. - The cleanliness of the bathroom must be improved because the conditions are very dirty and full of moss (vid. attach) - The floor in the bathroom is slippery, several times my family and I slipped a little. So you have to be careful stepping. - when swimming in the pool in the morning around 8:30, there was a smell from STP wastewater which was very disturbing. It turned out that I saw that it was being channeled into the gutter. It is better to choose a wiser time so that it does not disturb guests at the restaurant and pool. - The mirror above the thick dusty headboard. Definitely we will come back here again but please make improvements from the things above. Recommended hotels!
