My business trip stay was fantastic! The hotel lobby is incredibly spacious and grand, with a luxurious feel right when you walk in. The room itself was very roomy, giving me plenty of space to move around, and it had great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Plus, it's super convenient to get around, being close to Wanda Plaza and the old street. Definitely great value for money – I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Putian!

Vienna Hotel is absolutely perfect for young people! The European-style decor is simple yet sophisticated, the room is clean and bright, and the bedding is super soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby until I naturally woke up. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and check-in was incredibly fast. The smart facilities are very convenient to use, and the soundproofing is excellent. It's easy to find, convenient for getting around, and offers incredible value for money! Whether for business or leisure, staying here is worry-free and comfortable. Highly recommend, I'll definitely choose this place again next time~

The hotel's facilities are a bit dated. The room's decor style is old, and the flooring is a bit worn and damaged. The lobby on the first floor has a nouveau riche vibe with a very strong, pervasive scent. The elevators, in particular, are too few and very slow; you have to wait a long time. Cleanliness: The hygiene was standard. Environment: The location is pretty good, with plenty of food options nearby. Service: The service was very poor, especially at the front desk, where the staff seemed untrained. Breakfast was also quite disappointing; when tour groups were dining, there weren't enough seats, and food replenishment couldn't keep up. The hotel's prices also increased during the Chinese New Year. For this price, such service is quite unsatisfactory.

Good location. Good facility. Hotel room is clean. Good service. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful.

Overall, the room are clean, and spacious. Front desk are helpful as well even upgrade our room. The downside for this hotel is everywhere got smoke smell. From elevators to room corridor, all with smoking smell. Even though we choose non smoking floor, but still got smoke smell throughout the stay. Maybe because there is a KTV on 4th & 5th floor. Not recommend if come with small children.

The rooms and wash rooms were large and spacious. They were clean and sheets were clean for a good sleep. The area around the hotel had many shops and eating places including street stalls. The amenities were simple and the breakfast was Chinese with some international dishes and better than basic spread and good for a budget hotel. Minimum English communication but service staff did their job well.

Great location! It's a short walk to the Xinghua Mansion Historical Block, and there are plenty of snack shops downstairs. The room was quiet; even on the 16th floor, we didn't experience any noise from the room or the hallway. The three of us slept very comfortably. The air conditioning was super cold, we turned it off before bed and still didn't feel hot.

The hotel is located downtown, which is great. It's quite close to Wanda Plaza and the Xinghua Mansion Historical and Cultural Block. The front desk lady had excellent service attitude.
