Services are noteworthy Amenities fully provided Upside : near to alamanda putrajaya Breakfast buffet: a lot of options, well seasoned Downside: on 21st may around 710am, egg station, the egg chef was quite rude as he commanding voice wasn't appropriate to ask guests However, 22nd may, the station was substituted with another guy that was very nice, and professional towards his guests

The check in & check out processes were smooth & the hotel is very near to Alamanda Mall it takes around 10 minutes walking. The room was spacious enough for family but we noticed the floor is not really clean. The amenities can be improved, there’s no hairdryer in bathroom, we were given a connecting room and we could hear the people from the other room talking. The breakfast spread was so disappointed, can improve the varieties, tastes & quality. My husband had a smelly chicken from Ayam Masak Merah. Overall, the stay was just okay but not repeatable for us.
