Zenith Hotel Putrajaya

Booked a king-sized bed, but since the room wasn't ready, I was offered a twin sharing room instead. Overall, it was excellent. Great value for the promotional price on Trip.com. The sunset and night views were beautiful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I love this hotel ❤️

The hotel's exterior was luxurious, but it was all show and no go. First, I was given an uncleaned room. As soon as I entered, there were used bath towels on the floor, an unmade bed, and a messy bed runner (which, by the way, already looked dated). I then contacted the front desk to change rooms. The front desk manager even had to go up and check the new room first to confirm it was cleaned. After waiting for about ten minutes, I was told we could go to the new room. However, the new room had a disgusting smell that wouldn't dissipate, and the cleanliness was especially poor. The trash can had some sticky, unidentifiable substance in it, and the sheets had holes and stains. All the facilities were old and worn, making it feel like a twenty-year-old hotel. The breakfast variety was barely acceptable, but the taste was mediocre, and most of the dishes didn't look appetizing. I highly recommend choosing another hotel; this was an extremely terrible stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. We booked a lake view room and the scenery outside the window was beautiful. The service was great, and the room was spacious and clean. It was easy to get around, and very convenient to take a walk by the lake to see the pink mosque and the cable-stayed bridge – it really fit the mood! The hotel's afternoon tea was also delicious.
