As you approach the entrance is basically a rubbish tip, inside the grounds are well kept but this is not a 5 star hotel by any means. No bar, just a fridge with a couple of bottles of beer and some soft drinks, help yourself. Jar of Nescafé for coffee, not even a decent coffee at breakfast. It’s tired, the room had furniture that the doors would not stay shut, basic bathroom, curtains that did not cover the windows and different lengths. The owner is very pleasant but i did feel it was not a hotel but we are staying in his house My wife described it as one up from a youth hostel. Could not use the pool side seats as they are foam and had been left in the rain. Evening meal reminded me of a B&B in a poor seaside resort in England, basic and no seasoning. Has some great reviews and yes I can see their point of view, but for us, we wanted 5 star. We booked 2 nights but left after 1. Sorry not for us.
