We hebben Trip.com betaald €59,32. De volgende ochtend bij het uitchecken werd ons medegedeeld dat zij geen betaling hebben ontvangen van Trip.com. Ik heb hen mijn bankafschrijving laten zien en de Incheckvoucher, alsook de email bevestiging van Trip.com van 8 april dat de boeking is bevestigd. Ik heb als nog de overnachting moeten betalen ad. €55,70. (zie bijgevoegde foto) Ik voel me dan ook door Trip.com belazerd en hoop dat Trip z.s.m. de € 55,70 terugstort op mijn bankrekening NL74 INGB ********** ******************* te ******** *** ************ ***** *************** e-mail: ****************
