"We purchased a thalasseo pack with accommodation. The staff at the spa are very welcoming, friendly and the massages are excellent. The room is super clean. I give a 2-stars review only because of the Aquagym and AquaBike. We were in the pool when it started, so we attended it, as the teacher did not announce anything about registration. At the end, she ran after us to tell us we had to register to attend. The hotel charged us for the 2 activities."

"Valentine's Day evening. Arriving at the hotel at 10:30 p.m. due to work, we were unable to dine at the hotel restaurant, which was already closed... which is odd for that date. However, we were able to enjoy the sauna the next morning, and it was very good."

"How can I put it? Amateurism!!!!!! Long, very long, even very very long minutes before finding my reservation. A dilapidated 12m² room to fit three beds, impossible to move once they were set up. A 10-minute wait in the middle of the dining room before being served (3 tables occupied upon our arrival for 3 waitresses). The meal was very average. We placed our order, dishes were missing, and we reserved our dessert, no problem, except that, very strangely, when it came time to serve it to us, there were none left, and for good reason, they were offered and reserved for a table that was seated well after us. The waitress was lacking discretion, and we very clearly heard them say she was saving it for them (probably regulars). In short, very disappointed and unhappy!!!! Only the breakfast was up to scratch, but was it enough to satisfy us? Surely not."
