A very cozy hotel with a view of the ski slope. It's about 1km to the ski lift, which can be tough with equipment. The rooms are warm and clean. The hotel owner is a kind person. We used the washing machine at the hotel. There's a 24-hour store right across the street. Nearby, there's a cafe with super tasty burgers, and a charming coffee shop with books in the same building.

The staff is so friendly and kind. That’s the first impression. I was surprised with room that is cozy, well equipped and clean, even though it’s a budget hotel. The hotel is surrounded by convenient store, restaurants and coffee shops. It’s located around 600m from Phoenix Park Pyeongyang. This hotel is recommended the most.

This is my third year visiting, and although the building is old, its proximity to Phoenix Park is a real plus! Even with the heavy snow, I enjoyed skiing comfortably. I had a great time, and the Whitekeeper was very friendly. Thank you.

Loved my stay here. Incredibly kind owner/manager. The room was clean, comfy, beautiful view. It was so close to the ski resort as well I could just walk back and forth without issue. AC was hot, water was hot. No complaints from anything and would stay here again
