Hotel was good just tooo far off base

I made a reservation because it was close to my business trip, but I wouldn't recommend it. Because it is far from the downtown area, there are not many restaurants nearby. When checking in to the accommodation, you will receive a text message and be asked to check in. When I inquired about parking registration, I was told that it was also provided in the text message, so I just need to report it. For a hotel, this is my first time being so unfriendly. The room is very narrow. Towels smell so bad that I can’t even use them. I don't like it... The amenities are very simple with a toothbrush and shampoo, so they're crappy. It's a bit cold inside and quite dry. Text registration is required each time you enter/exit the vehicle. There are two elevators, but only one.. on each floor of 20 floors. There are a lot of rooms, but there is only one... I'm really embarrassed. The strange thing is that the room has a terrace...no table or anything. I don't know why it's not there. Be more kind and keep your towels clean!! The internet also needs improvement. When I entered the accommodation, it switched to LTE...

The inside of the hotel is clean However, since it is shared with another hotel, the quality of service is limited. It was a bit disappointing There are quite a few restaurants around.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. However, the room size was a little small, but it was nice to have a terrace. If I have the chance to come next time, I plan to stay here.

I think it would have been better if there was a desk guide at all times.

서울 몇몇 호텔에서 하고 있는 간편한 키오스크 체크인도 좋았고 방이 아주 깨끗하고(여사님들 칭찬하고싶어요) 어메니티가 잘 갖춰져있어서(가운,메모지 등) 꽤 만족했습니다. 슬리퍼도 일회용이라 좋았구요. 다회용은 매번 세척해주는지 좀 의심이.. 조식은 없어도 주변에 해결할 곳들이 있구요. 재투숙 의사 있어요.

Good hotel with reasonable price.

Overall, it was clean, and the room and bathroom were spacious. Self check-in/check-out was not difficult as it was guided by text message. Good value for money~^^

Friendly reception, clean rooms I thought it would be nice if the pillow was a little lower.
