The architecture of the buildings and the interior decoration, including the guest rooms, are exquisite. The exteriors and landscape architecture are dazzling. The beach is wonderful. Everything is meticulous in its detail. The breakfast is also excellent, providing countless delicious options. The Whatever/Whenever 24/7 concierge service is incredible. But what made this hotel stand out for me is their supreme professionalism, which I saw in the flawless manner in which they handled a minor housekeeping error. They managed to turn a flaw into their advantage, causing me not only to immediately forget the incident, but to admire and congratulate them. I highly recommend!
