"There was no service because the reception was not staffed. Check-in via the self-service terminal was problem-free. No one was there at check-out either. The problem: what do I do with my room card? Very bad. Unfortunately, the room was a disabled room with no bathroom door. There was no shower cubicle or curtain, so not only was the entire bathroom flooded, but the area in front of it was too. A no-go."

I must take my helmet off to the young lady at reception who helped me locate my friends when my phone refused to work by letting me use their phone. A very kind gesture and much appreciated."

"Just opposite the train station, it is very convenient to travel. Although it is close to the train station, it is very quiet. The service staff was very friendly and took the initiative to help carry luggage (no elevator), and also taught us how to use the hot water device of the open bar. The room was also very clean. "Beautiful farmhouse with very friendly hosts and really cute and friendly dogs. Fantastic stay - only 1 night but really nice. It was a little chilly and climate control worked well. It requires a drive to nearby restaurants, but that's part of the charm. Only nitpicking is with Trip.com - booking direct with the property is almost 20% cheaper. Also, the room type I booked on trip.com (ground floor) wasn't the room I was assigned upon arrival. Not the property's fault, they didn't know the room type I had booked."

"Hotel not up to par with an ibis style. Old room, bathroom too small and poorly laid out. Bad smell in the common areas and in the room. Breakfast room too small and noisy. Sun lounger near the pool in very poor condition. No air conditioning at night. Etc.... However the staff is very pleasant and helpful."

"My 1st time in this city/village. We were expecting a place beside or near ski front. But the whole city is away from it. Need to take a cable car or a car to reach the "skying" area. Except from that, the hotel is good, great view of the mountains, indoor swimming pool, open fire place. The room itself may need a lil upgrade. It's clean but looks a lil old. Bathroom and ceiling especially. The village is cosy, people (tourism board and locals) are welcoming."

The server was very friendly, and pointed out that some offerings in the overall menu could be substituted into the daily special. We all enjoyed the starter of heritage tomatoes with burrata and house-made pesto, and the plates that followed, catalan sausage, daurade (fish) and pork tenderloin were tender, and the accompanying sauces, delicious. The (fresh) apricot and whipped cream dessert was wonderful. We won't hesitate to come back, with or without guests..."

I was still in the process of installing them... but on the websites I said that they had them. And we also find that for a 4-star hotel, breakfast should be included. And the blackout curtains...they weren't so much😅 But everything else very good."
