All staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and large. Great access to light rail made getting there easy. Then a lovely stroll across to Darling Harbour.

We had an amazing dining experience at Sokyo. The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and every dish was beautifully presented. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, making it a perfect place for a special occasion. The staff were friendly and attentive, and overall it was one of the best Japanese dining experiences we’ve had in Sydney. We’d definitely love to come back.

We loved our stay here and it was so convenient to be so close to the Lyric theatre which we also loved and attended a show at. ❤️

Lovely room, well presented and very clean. The beds were soft but supportive and we both slept well. Staff at check-in were warm and helpful, and the whole place feels polished without being stuffy. Great base for exploring the harbour and the Fish Market just down the road.

This time, I booked the apartment with a meeting room for a company meeting that coincided with my birthday. The kitchen is quite spacious, large enough to accommodate 20 people for a birthday celebration, which was great. There's also a balcony with fantastic views.

The place was perfect in terms of location and vibe although the floor level that we were in was a little bit noisy, you can here people talking even with doors closed hence the 4 star ratings. Nonetheless I dont have any hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

I got a package of breakfast, plus a $50 daily meal voucher and parking. Though we didn't drive there. By doing that we saved quite a lot. The food of in room dining was amazingly delicious, but not cheap. Using the $50 voucher we didn't have to pay much extra. We are not big eaters, so a couple of meals shared, was enough for us. We spent most of our time in the Casino and if you don't go overboard it can be a lot of fun. I was disappointed that Messina in the food court doesn't open until 3pm. We are not young so walking around is a challenge and I couldn't see anywhere else that had ice cream. The Staff are helpful and courteous. This time I booked a suite, which was nicer than the standard room. I did think that the bathroom would have a bath, but it only had a shower. I liked that it had 2 toilets and both were quite private. Next time I will see if I can get a bath. The food in the Harvest Buffet is ok, but most of the time it's not very hot. On our last day we had the Chef make us an omelette. Wish I had done that on the other days. Orange juice was nice. Coffee was luke warm and bitter. Our Son is a Chef, so our food standards are high. I don't like to criticise, but I do think that I should be honest with my experience. Yes I will definitely go there again and it was worth what I paid for.

The hotel's location is excellent, with metro, bus, and the port right at its doorstep, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel lobby has plenty of sofas and several bars. The rooms are well-equipped, making it a great choice.

Our stay at the Residences was fantastic,. Amazing large balcony. Beds were very fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel's location is very convenient, and the service is exceptionally professional. The room facilities are perfectly suited for business travelers.
