This was my 4th stay at Jaz lamaya. Feels like my second home to me. Everything was perfect and beyond my expectations as usual. All the staff are making great efforts to keep such a level of quality and hospitality, which I have never seen in any resort before. Until coming back again. Thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful. Keep it up the great work.

This was our second stay at this same resort. All resorts have rooms and food, what sets this resort apart are the people that work there. They are all very courteous, professional, welcoming and extremely friendly and helpful. Starting with Mr Moustaffa Nasser at the front desk, he made our checkin and checkout very efficient and helped us get a van from and to the airport. Extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. And Chef Hamada at the restaurant was always smiling, welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything we asked about. Mr Ahmed in housekeeping in building 23 was very helpful and attentive to anything we asked for. We will definitely be back to this resort and have recommended it to others citing specifically the friendliness of the staff. In addition, the variety of food, quality of food, and cleanliness of the rooms and entire hotel property were amazing. Excellent job Jaz Lamaya!

Jaz Malaya is the best hotel! It is spacious and cozy. Fresh water and themed drinks are always waiting at the entrance. The service is at the highest level, they always greet each other and give kind words. The rooms are very clean and cleaned every day. I think the food there is top notch. It is diverse and interesting. There is also a separate stand with food for children, which I think is great. There are many animators who will keep you entertained for a great time. It has the best swimming pool in which I spent a lot of time. The staff always came up to us and gave us loungers. There is a bar by the pool and waiters deliver drinks to the sun loungers. Various events are organized almost every day. There is a restaurant near the swimming pool where you can eat delicious pizza and various other snacks. You can also see a beautiful coral reef and meet dolphins there. There is a beautiful beach with sun loungers and umbrellas where you can see tiny crabs. It is an unforgettable experience. Within the hotel there are also markets where you can buy beautiful bracelets and other souvenirs.

I recently stayed at this hotel with family and friends, and it was truly amazing! Food was delicious and there was lots of entertainment options! Our experience was fantastic. The aquapark was a highlight with its numerous exhilarating slides, providing endless fun for the kids and adults. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fun-filled vacation!

The resort is amazing. You have a lot of options to do like swimming, snorkeling, waterpark, sports etc. The room is very nice and clean and the food variations are awesome. The staff is very kind and you always have fun with the entertainment group. Especially Momo and Mostafa were super fun! We would highly recommend this resort.

From the beginning - helpful reception, delicious food, perfect location by the bay, perfectly clean rooms, tasty drinks, creative and interesting animations, a huge water park, fantastic events (foam party, boho party with fire show, flyboard and many others). I'm always happy to come back here :)

Hotel Lamaya is amazing! Very comfort bed, perfect clean, tasty food and drinks and something what is very nice when you are on vacation - positive people who make sure you don't miss any attractions: aqua aerobic, soccer, boccia, volleyball, fitness every day and great evening shows like Michael Jackson dance show or Chicago show in high level. You can have fun and dance every evening. Everybody was so nice and helpful! About sea, beach and coral reefs I dont have to talk, its exellent. And everywhere "safety first". Go to Marsa Alam and have fun!

Great snorkeling almost right next your bed when you step our of it. Very friendly people working there and they will try anything to comfort you. Nice and comfortable rooms. Varied choice of foods and snacks during the whole day.
