Steigenberger Resort Alaya Marsa Alam - Red Sea

Hotel Staigenberger Alaya is my favorite place to relax. I have spent my holidays there many times. It stands out from other places with its space with beautiful, well-kept plants, excellent, varied cuisine and, most importantly, very nice, professional service. Each guest feels exceptional and taken care of. The rooms are spacious, clean, tastefully decorated. Large swimming pools with heated water, a beautiful sandy beach, a walking path, and the proximity of a beautiful coral reef are additional advantages. We are already planning another vacation in this hotel.

This resort was lovely and very clean. We stayed in many places while touring Egypt for a month and this was by far my favorite! You can find other places that are nice with similar amenities but they take it to another level with their staff. They arent just well staffed w peple who do their jobs but they were very kind, friendly and funny. They always took a moment to chat and see how we were doing. They all seem to enjoy working there and it is reflected in how they interact with the guests! Some highlights include: upgraded wifi Comfortable and clean rooms w comfortable beds. A great variety of quality food that changed daily. A well designed layout of the property w several pools including a heated pool. Laundry service. Most of all it was the staff! It wouldn't have been as much fun if they were cold and just efficient. I'm not sure if it's corporate values or a really good manager but they managed to hire the very best staff to make this property stand out!

We had a wonderful holiday in Alaya, hotel is well maintained, staff are all friendly and helpful, food is one of the best we ever had in Egypt. Valentine day was really memorable and enjoyable. We tried the four ala cart restaurants, our favorite one is the sea food. Our room had a wonderful view and cleaner was excellent making nice decorations every day. We will for sure come back

Awesome hotel, hospitality is outstanding, the reception was amazing & they have the best Guest Relations, she was very friendly & helpful. The beach was really beautiful, the perfect place to read a book & relax. I would totally go again soon.
