The hotel is very cost-effective. The price of more than 300 yuan includes three meals, swimming pool and small water park. It is very friendly to friends who don't have a very high budget. But the price determines the quality. The facilities in the room are relatively old. Everyone should have psychological expectations and look at it objectively.
The service attitude of the hotel staff is very nice, recommended

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful from reception, pool side Gamil and Karim and our cleaner Dhal Plenty of sun loungers throughful the day no need to do a sun bed rush in the morning. Pool was lovely and cool as the weather was lovely and hot, great way to cool down while 6 months pregnant. There was a bus service to the beach which was great, plenty of sun beds again at the beach, snorkeling was amazing did have a little trouble getting in to the sea especially if we didn't want to go off the jetty. Room was big and very clean, air con was fab (been to other places and haven't been great) The shop inside the hotel was very expensive. Food, where do I start....... this hotel was certainly not catered for British people. If you likes mash potato, salads, dry pasties, favabeans (which looks like diarrhea) for breakfast then your in luck... Lunch time again same food as breakfast with a decent selection of cake however there was a choice of burgers/chips/pizza by the pool area, which was okay some days undercooked. Dinner time there was a little bit more of a selection like fish cooked fish etc but again not much of a choice for British people. Drinks on the AI were a good selection I believe however glasses were tiny which meant multi trips to the bar. Wifi in the hotel was very poor, trying to get connection was very difficult at times, it would drop in and out alot.

Wel am here for a week i have enjoy the weekend i have see very people working nice place i wish to come back soon at anytime soon am happy an am thankful for all of the staff that work here one big love

For the good price I paid I was not expecting too much more than I got. My best note is for the stuff, so respectful and always doing their best: Khaled at the reception, Ashran cleaning the rooms, Mr Ramadan in the restaurant, İsmail the chef, Karim and Emad and Ibrahim the lifeguards, Mohsen at the bar, Sam from animation team and all their colleagues!! But unfortunately I cannot say the same for the GUESTS... And I am not talking about Egyptians or some from Algerya so nice.... Unfortunately the cheap price -i think- collected the worst guests ever: they RUINED my holiday at all!! I don't wanna mention the quantity of alcohol people can drink in a day!! making the big pool a disaster... Instead, lack of EDUCATION should have a limit! the hotel is not responsible for that, but I think they should teach their guests some rules. Just today I had been INSULTED and attacked from a group of men and children(I don't wanna say their nationality): parents drunk, children VOLGAR, manipulating for hours the small pool playing with the ball and screaming in the relaxing hours.. Luckily, I know how to defend myself from these kind of people.. And maybe it was my mistake choosing a cheaper hotel this time, but if you wanna AVOID some kind of people, don't choose this hotel please.

A great option with children on a limited budget. A good water park with 3 slides, a restaurant on the beach with a live reef. Friendly staff, clean territory, kids club, show programs, mini disco.🤸🏼♂️🏄🏽♀️🏖️🍉🐠🪼🐙🌴🌈🏀🏊🏼♂️

Nice place , nice stuff , and really good food ….. Small aqua but still fun for kids The rooms are clean , but the furniture need to be renewed …. snacks on the beach are delicious pizzas and burger sandwiches plus ice cream and crepe as dessert ..

It was an amazing time for me and my friend ❤️ in this hotel and everyone was good with us Mahmoud the life guard was amazing and mohsen and ahmed the best barmen they was really good and mr Khalid from the reception was amazing helping us quickly in everything and the room is very nice clean the house keeping hazem is good and professional in cleaning and the manager mr Ramadan and Mr Adel from the golden restaurant,and mr gamel the pool manager , thanks for everything big love ❣️❣️
